This is a delivery app used by many restaurants in Seattle. It feels like the developers don’t use it at all. And I think I know why (read below). For example, the default order setting is set for “pickup”, we keep forgetting to change the setting to “delivery” and end up having to drive to pickup our order. I’m flabbergasted that this passes quality control… I mean come on folks that’s not rocket science. If you’re so passionate about the pickup / delivery option then at least add a setting to default to “delivery” or “pickup”. Or even better, remember the last setting!Also, the app relies on DoorDash, but it’s integration is super basic so it’s impossible to know where your order is except through some spammy SMS text. It’s like the app development was made through a mismatch of sub-contracts by 3rd parties. That would explain the lack of quality control. I wish you luck in the delivery space. Given the sub par quality of this app and its high rating, it’s clear that the delivery app space is up for grab. May the best win!

In regards to delivery order tracking, you will receive an SMS notification with an order tracker, and that link will show you where your driver and food are located.
