Trust me when I say, this app is really good and if you have ANY questions be sure to contact Tauriq from standard bank. He will explain everything in detail.
Also, to top it off, I contacted him on friday and ordered my travel wallet card since Im leaving the country on tuesday. They usually have a minimum waiting period of 3 working days whereas Tauriq made sure I received my card on monday since it was urgent.
Im typing this right now with the card next to me! Now i can get my visa and do this trip ive been wanting to do.

My entire experience with this app is disappointing. Signing up took 2 full days before my confirmation email came through. I needed to reset my password, and the 4 links I had to send myself didn’t work. Then when I finally got that sorted with a consultant, I log into the app and it crashes because the app wants to activate Touch ID on an iPhone X. The navigation tab on the left pops up and then doesn’t go away, so I have to close it and go back into the app.
I then discover that to put ZAR into my Shyft wallet, I need to leave the app, log into my banking app, and do an EFT into my own wallet. How is this a universal bank? How is going from one app to the next any easier than the 1 page document I had to fill out at the branch, where I needed to go anyway because this great big disruptive product of yours doesn’t work.
So after all of this mission, I’m not using the app anyway because leaving one app to use another app successfully makes NO sense. I can’t even imagine the process of having ZAR refunded into my transactional account.
Nothing about the app experience has been functional, let alone disruptive. You can’t just call a product disruptive. It needs to BE disruptive.

The password reset did not work with the correct details. They blamed it on my iPhone version, witch was updated.
It took me several days to get started as the support staff was not sure what was wrong with the login.
Once I managed to log onto the app my profile details was incorrect, it took me over a month to get them changed. The error was again on the Bank side. Spelling mistakes is still in place as they are not interested. My mandate was not properly updated on the system by the bank.
Regarding the functionality, it is poorly thought through.
There are a two step process that could easily be combined into one step to prevent basic confusion for a first time user.
Support document, was clearly compiled by someone that knows the system and was not designed for a first time user and is not nearly sufficient.
I still don't no what the associate breakdown of costs are.
The statement/History does not reflect the breakdown or expected info.
There are no interest earned on your wallet account. This info and the costs i could not track anywhere on supportive documents???!
