I was requesting to delete my old account as it is linked to my old number, so I can log in using new number as only 1 account is allowed per emirates ID. First I tried to connect to live chat from evening to next day but cannot connect, tried to call the hotline hoping for immediate action, took 17 mins on the phone but she cannot help me so I was advised to connect to live chat. Asking for reference number so no need to explain from scratch, but she cannot provide. Luckily got connected to live chat but again after 10-15 mins talking the live agent told me that he cannot raise a complaint(for closing my account so i can register a new one) as they have maintenance issue. Asking me to call/connect to live chat AGAIN AND START FROM SCRATCH AGAIN. Very bad customer service, they dont even deserve 1 star cause a very small issue cannot be resolved.

E& money is first financial based organisation who do not give care to its customers even though customer is loyal has reffered his friends but been scamed their added card to e& money wallet also been scamed since been charged for adding bank card… customer service people take the complain from their cutomer but without any solve the case they close saying they tried to reached but never a call received… management never give a call upon even fixing the schedule with them for call since for 5 months the issue not been solved but still adding new problem… customer representative tells to cancel your present physical card whoes card is perfectly fine with valid expiration date still left for 5 more years and ask them to request again new card so that they can take our 26 dhs for nothing but the main issue still remains the same… and the most imp asked for this all to solve called everyday but never given care for this all as its we the one who are fool… and the most important when a particular merchant gives you the refund but if u have paid from e& money than never expect it from been refunded coz you will never receive the refund as they will never give you back… hey yo scammer give my money back and all the money which you have charged from me

Ive been using e&money for about 7months already, it was smooth until. I made a transaction last December 14,2025 twice. The first transaction was rejected by e&money but you guys took money from my bank account!!!!! And I made another transaction because I need to send money to my family back home it was successful and yes you took again money from my bank which is understandable because the transaction was successful. But here is my question why you took money on my bank on the first transaction that was rejected????!!!!! I call youre customer care hotline couple of time already!!!! I just want my money back. I have sent an email many time already but still until now its not fix!!!! Everytime someone will call me I have to repeat what happen all over again. All the screenshots and also the bank statement and also the transactions were sent already but here you are keep on asking them!!! Very stressful, very frustrating. And just now you will send me a message that the urcase number was successfully been resolved?? Oh! Really?! How is iy resolved you did not return my money back!! Never again e&money!!!!! Fix your poor customer service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know about my experience with E&Money.I used my E&Money card to withdraw cash from an ADIB ATM. The transaction went through, but I never received the cash. When I reported the issue, I was told that the investigation and refund process would take only 5 working days. It has now been almost 3 weeks, and I still have not received my refund.What makes this even worse is that my case was marked as “Closed” even though I have not received my money back and the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact customer support, I receive different answers from different agents. Some of the information they provide turns out to be inaccurate, making the entire experience even more frustrating.Another major issue is their virtual assistant, which is extremely annoying and unhelpful when you have a real problem and need immediate assistance from a human representative.To anyone considering using E&Money as their salary account, I strongly advise you to think twice. If something goes wrong with your money, you may end up waiting weeks just to get an update, let alone a resolution. Based on my experience, their customer service is unreliable, their response times are extremely slow, and their case handling process is very disappointing.I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. Customers deserve better support, honest communication, and timely resolutions—especially when their hard-earned money is involved.
