When it comes to looking for a new case shifts, time and learning about the patient is what’s needed for all of us pca and hhas. Even though majority of the time our hha will send us new shifts it doesn’t really guarantee as much as this one and side note: the cool part is you can message to the coordinator that post any shifts! so to those that had an okay or bad experience it can be that you haven’t selected more and question (it’s always good to question) :) i appreciate also that it does feedback too.

CHHA who finds the app at the most very easy to use but that’s because it’s not a very useful app. Developers should put everything in one app. It’s difficult at times to contact/ communicate with and navigate clients. There are times that superiors operating with the app don’t know how to use it. They make simple avoidable mistakes. Can be difficult to know if a patient/ client is female or male. At times the addresses and contact numbers are wrong. This app should have proper gps capacity to sign in and out of cases instead of using Santrax. We should be able to use this app with the ease of access to do almost all necessary logistics instead of multiple apps. Coordinators and supervisors should be provided better tools and be adequately trained. I have developed apps at the age of 18 with more ease of access and functionality than this app is capable of. Often this app wastes our time.

The job is a good place to work I love working with all my clients they mean so much to me I’m there for them and they are pleased that I take good care of them. It’s only a few thing I don’t like about the job is we are being under paid, we don’t get no raise, and don’t get pd vacation or personal days also we don’t have all the insurance benefits that we need the health insurance is expensive my pay rate is not enough to pay for it if those few things get taking care of it would be a great place to work and a great place to retire from. Thank you. P.S. If we can get these few issues taking care of it will be much appreciated.

The app was working so good to I log off n try to log back in . Because my e learning was course pause on me . The customer service send me a link to reset my my password n log in . It didnot work so now I cannot finished the elearning course . They have to get better with the app.
