I signed up with Thompson Gas June of 2025. Previous to that for approximately 7 years was with another carrier whose tank I leased. Each refill would run a couple thousand or more which was a little difficult sometimes. By going this route with Thompson Gas and a set amount per month is way more manageable. This was a good upgrade. Thank you Thompson Gas.

1st time propane user. Had a device installed so propane can be automatically delivered when I run low.During the last winter storm, my tank actually went empty, and I had to go stay in a hotel because I had no heat in my house.I was understanding because I felt like maybe a lot of customers needed propane, and the company was behind due to the winter storm .But Yet again today, I'm at 6% on my propane and I probably won't make it through the night with heat.I requested propane delivery two days ago , called the office yesterday to inquire, and they said my propane tried to be delivered, but the person was unable reasons unknown. She would follow up and call me so today is Thursday. I still have no propane and no return call with 6%. Older disable customer with heart problems & cronic arthritis.Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated .😔

The app is easy to use but I would love to see my balance. I keep money on my account but can’t see it. It just says 0.00 due. Would absolutely love to see everything. The only way I know what’s on my account is to call and ask. You should be able to access all of your information on the app
