I have been using this app for a few years, along with several family members and friends. I had one issue where I had changed banks and had a payment that didn’t show up. The first people I called was my bank and they did a trace on it and it was found before closing the same day. I’ve seen several reviews complaining about customer service not being good because of a similar problem but what people need to realize is customer service reps are NOT BANK EMPLOYEES. They are entering your issue into a program or selecting pre made problems and given a script to read and that’s all they can do. I would recommend this app to anyone to use especially if they travel. When you use your card you get a txt within seconds usually before you get out the door. So if some gets your card info and uses it you are notified within seconds of its use. Also I found that if you use the card to pay for a meal where you tip, they can’t go back and add the tip to the card, so have a little cash on you to tip. I tried to add a tip a few times before I figured it out but as soon as they run the card to get the receipts to bring to you, you will get a txt for the purchase usually before the waiter/waitress gets back. I have had my local bank card info taken before and it was used to buy a TV in Texas thankfully I had just used my card 1500 miles away in my hometown minutes before getting gas and was called by the bank and they stopped the transaction. So having the instant txt for a purchase is reassuring.
