Thank you for this app! I have been using it for approximately six months. With aging parents and aging siblings I found myself challenged with assisting them to document and track each persons medication and more. I am NOT in the medical field but found this to be helpful for me and others who find themselves assisting do In-home care by default. I now have the ability to quickly present a list of meds to paramedics, emergency room attendants and to compare or dispute with the doctors when they don’t have a system of their own to list my family members medication or they just screw up and over medicate. Just recently, my sibling was carted off to the ER room by the paramedics. I was able to bring up the app and share with them and the hospital nurse (who does not have their meds list) all meds they were taking. They were impressed with the app as I have been. I am learning other features of the app and wish there was a way to track and restore previous medications (changed by the doctor) for historical purposes. Maybe that feature is there and I just missed it. This will allow more discussion with the physicians on what changed, why and why a med is being repeated. The app has been my saver many times. I will continue to share it with other persons who find themselves interested in tracking medication, appointments, etc. Great application.
Too much double work is good when it works

I take a huge amount of medication. I switched to this app after another one I had been using for decided to crap out. If the reminders don’t go off they no good to you. If suffer from memory loss issues and it essential. To have a reliable reminder app to keep everything straight and keep going off and telling when to take your medication. I have had issues with this app as well. I had problems in May-beginning of July of this year the reminders slowly started not going of leading unfortunately I messed meds one evening and ended up in the hospital and nearly lost my life. I got my phone checked out afterwards they checked everything and reset my phone just to make sure it was clear. And over the last couple of months the app it has gone back to not setting of reminders again. It may at one point in the day, but not others. Which I can’t figure it out, so I went back to the Apple Store for help again with this same problem. This I found this app’s information is not protected so when wiped my entire phone clean and restored it all my medications were erased. This only app, but it this most used medication app that doesn’t have a sign in and password. So I lost all my stuff, but when I brought it back the next weekend because it was still acting they found where they could save it but still no safeguards for sign in password even in the complete addition. Now why on earth would you have a medication reminder app that is not safeguarded!!
Still Awesome!!!

I have reviewed this app before when I first got it. It is now been at least three years that I’ve been using it every day. And it is still absolutely awesome!! Every time I meet somebody, i.e. like in the doctors office or nurses, etc.– I tell them about this for themselves or their patients who have trouble remembering to take meds. I often get a smile when my phone in public reminds me “you’ve got meds to take“. ;)I agree with one of the other reviewers that it would be great to have a way to remove a medication without removing all of its history. As a workaround until this could be figured out, WHAT I DO is change the name of the medication by putting DISCONTINUED (In front of the name of the medication) and putting it at the bottom of the list. I then take out all reminders and information so it doesn’t show up. Then I use the NOTES section to have a record of why this medication was stopped and any notes about it that a relative for the future. But it would be nice to have an “archived meds” section for this purpose. This could even be added to the paid for app as an incentive to have people purchase this app. Honestly, I normally never purchased apps and just put up with the commercials. But this app has by far been the best couple dollars I’ve ever spent.
Just what I needed

In late 2021 my youngest son was diagnosed with something rare that now requires him to take medication twice daily, and setting an alarm just wasn't cutting it. We forgot a dose of medication and it wreaked havoc on our sons’ body, which lead me to think that I needed something extra - something that made me physically check a box that we had given him his medication. Not only did this app have that but it also has constant push reminders and alarms that sound every few minutes until we physically opened the app and physically checked that his medication was given! This honestly was a game changer and truly the definition of “set it and forget it” for us! This app made our lives just so much more easier and stress-free. I appreciate whoever took the time to create this for people like us - trying to find a way to accommodate everyone in the house and then something extra being thrown on your plate, unexpectedly. This really did lift a burden for us and we are very appreciative and that is why I took the time to leave a review.Thank you so much for this app!
