I just left Bankwest after their latest major app redesign. Accounts and credit card all up and running with Bendigo and happy so far. Bendigo app has been good so far. It's very boring - this is good for a banking app. Lots of information density on each screen so i don't have to scroll around to see my accounts. Logical location of features in the various tabs and menus. Please Bendigo, please just keep doing what you're doing. Please don't do a major redesign like what Bankwest did. Go read their app reviews to see how annoyed their customers are. I've moved all my banking to you; just keep your app like it is. It's very straightforward and functional. Only feature requests i have are to be able to see my card details in the app, and to have real time push notifications for every movement of money in or out of my accounts.

Iv found the Bendigo banking app VERRY easy to use making managing your money an easier process, paying bills purchasing items ,sending or receiving money (pay id)it’s all there , and if you happen to need some staff assistance in the odd occasion they are polite, helpful and are proactive with keeping their customer service at an a grade level, I’ll be continuing using both the app and Bendigo bank well into the future keep up the good work guys

I recently took over a role with a community group and am now a signatory. Was asked to approve something this morning and my response - how/what/when and arranged to get instructions from another committee member this evening. Just logged into my personal account and voila there was a note for me for approval of the item for the community group. Pretty sure the big banks would not “keep it that simple”.

Joined this bank form ANZ and after a decade or more it’s been a great decision.When k want anything at all I ring my local branch and immediately I’m talking to a person at my branch who sort out my queries immediately and if I need to I show up in person and generally I’m talking to the same person I’m usually talking to over the phone.Leaves the big for dead.5 stars from me ✔️
