Since the app has came out I’ve lost my account, just now for the second time. Through too many bad attempts it says. However I have not been trying to get in since last email telling there was something in my inbox. App last, seems to login but can’t view anything. Try another option, says not connected to internet, which is not the case. Now told I have to go create a new account for the third time in theee years. Please improve the app if we have to keep using it. Don’t know how older non-technical users would even cope with this.

I created an 8-digit passcode, set up Face ID, and got instant access to all the services. My Pension Card was added straight to my wallet with no issues. I haven’t tried linking Medicare yet, but so far, so good.Tip: If you’re setting up a MyGov account for the first time, I’d recommend using a computer. Phones are good for the app, but initial setup is just easier on a larger screen.I even enjoy reporting my earnings for my pension support payments—submitting payslips from work is quick and easy. Do you want to get your app working so they can actually sign in? Why the heck would you click within the app: ‘sign in’, only to be taken OUTSIDE the app where it says, ‘open app’??? What’s WRONG with the programming/UX app design team?? You’re already IN the app, then it redirects to open the app???? It doesn’t even allow sign in? Absolute GARBAGE loop, they’ve stupidly designed deliberately (Surprise surprise, this is EXACTLY what the garbage Express Plus Garbage Centrelink app does! Takes outside the app, even though already WITHIN the app, and there it says ‘open app.’ You’re already IN the garbage app!! Why would you need to ‘open app’ when already inside the app and then why would the sign in button not even provide the option to do what it says it does: SIGN IN??? Absolute garbage. Both apps. Same stupidly, deliberate rubbish “design”). Deliberate garbage because what care can they genuinely have for quality systems that work??? Proven that they don’t care.

I have an iPhone 14 and this app has stopped working all of a sudden. It keeps trying to load the service I’ve selected but then errors with ‘no internet connection’ even when a) Connected to the internet and b) using my phone data with 2-5 bars! I’ve tried several different ways to fix the error from a Google search and none have worked.Logging out of the app and logging back inturning my device on and offdeleting the app and reinstalling My software is up to date Also it is frustrating not having the option of being able to directly access unread messages without having to scroll through the entire thread. I have 1 message notification that has sat there for years as I can’t find the message I apparently haven’t opened.Why can’t parents access their children of 14 years old immunisation and health records any longer? How is an underage child supposed to manage this themselves and why as a parent should I have to contact Medicare for this information. It’s absolutely ridiculous.Terrible app but anything government related this is not surprising with all the red tape and bureaucracy system we are forced to live in.
