I have had numerous flights lately and the entertainment app has not worked. The first few it just repeated the adds over and over. Installed, updated app numerous times and before each flight in case it has been updated. Again unable to watch movies. Starts up the movies and then DRP error and goes back to selection. Disappointing it has continued on so long and still isn’t fixed. Last plane trip before this one I had actually had a screen, which is getting rare these days that’s why I carry my own tablet specific for flights, but then the headphone connection wasn’t working.Seen some of the other reviews and it’s not just me. Can we get it fixed? We pay much higher fares For quality service but this just gets fustrating for loyal customers who fly all the time
