Bupa Blua Health 4+

I started using Bupa health at the beginning of this year and have found it to be very effective. It’s easy to use, appointments are made at your own convenience and the turnaround time for further referrals is very quick. The Doctors I have consulted with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the conditions I had presented with.
I would recommend this platform and service to anyone who wants quick and effective healthcare. Thanks Bupa.✨

Not the one to write reviews, but I had to!
Since we switched over from AXA to Bupa, I can’t do anything on any of the 3 Bupa apps I should be using. Why 3 apps though Bupa??? No idea, but to over complicate the simplest things in life!
To start with what is Bupa Blua for when I can only see my details on the latest version of the app 85.0 and can’t book an appointment, can’t check on my notes from previous consultation (which I had to book over the phone). The last months of my life has been made miserable due to switching to Bupa when I am not able to do the simplest things on any of the crappy apps Bupa asks us to download…
So many hours spent over the phone talking to various departments and not getting any resolution to the basic fix of the primary functions of the app - which would be to book a consultation on the app when you need it the most!

I’ve never written a review before but I feel I have too because I have had such a nightmare with bupa over this app. Thought it was meant to be made easier to book GP appointments online, instead I have had to speak to about 7 people on the phone, I’ve been trying to sort it for about two hours and I still haven’t got an appointment for my son because they can’t even seem to take appointments over the phone and it has to be through one of their apps, Babylon, Bupa Touch or Bupa Blua, which are all rubbish and don’t work properly. I’ve been ping ponged all over the place with no one taking any responsibility, in the meantime I’ve easily managed to book an appointment with my local GP while being on hold to Bupa. Thanks for nothing.
