Most insurance companies I’ve used don’t even have an app. It’s straight forwards and clear and that makes such the difference! I won’t renew with Churchill due to a rise in my insurance next year but as an app it’s pretty good way to manage your insurance! Which is quite an achievement since it feels like everything and anything is over complicated now.

Most insurance companies I’ve used don’t even have an app. It’s straight forwards and clear and that makes such the difference! I won’t renew with Churchill due to a rise in my insurance next year but as an app it’s pretty good way to manage your insurance! Which is quite an achievement since it feels like everything and anything is over complicated now.

Tomorrow it will be a week since I rang Churchill with an emergency leak. I’ve now made 46 phone calls over the last six days been passed from pillar to post spoken to approximately 40 people and still not had a plumber come out to sort my issue. I have a vulnerable household with an aunt of 82 going through cancer treatment and we’ve been in five days without being able to flush the loo wash. etcThere are five of us in the house? Churchill have got me to the very end of my tether. I just rang them again. They rang back and then the phone went dead. I will be taking it up with the ombudsman but I’m still waiting for this claim to be resolved desperate treatment I’ve never made a claim before and this has totally put me off Churchill who I thought a decent firmI will try ringing them back shortly and then start again tomorrow when it will be a week with no satisfaction Melanie Lee In Shoreham by sea

They have tried 4 times to get my App working but because my husband owned the car before me and used my email address they seem unable to get it up on the App. The tech team never seem to be available to help or return my calls yesterday I spent over an hour trying to get the App working on the chat part of the App. So they then told me there is a problem with the App 🙄🙄 why not just talk on the phone maybe I should charge them for my time as if you do ever want to make changes they charge you if you have to do it over the phone?? But to be fair they have said they will do it for no charge as the App isn’t working for me 😔 they are helpful but. It able to get the info on there but I can apparently log on through the website log on a phone call is a lot easier.
