Behind the scenes, we've also continued to build capability for you to diagnose issues with your service, book and manage engineer appointments. We’ve made it even easier to get help when you need it, with the new Test My Line feature. Run automated tests on your line to identify issues and book engineer appointments where required to get your services back up and running. This release also resolves a number of bugs and stability issues.

Performance and stability improvements.

We’ve fixed an issue where some customers were not receiving verification codes when updating their email or mobile number in the Personal Details section. This release also includes general app optimisations, improving performance, stability and overall reliability.

We’ve introduced a new dedicated Order Tracker screen, making it easier to view and manage your appointments. We’ve updated marketing preferences to improve transparency, and fixed login issues where verification codes were not received. This release also improves offline connectivity messaging, enhances account security (including automatic logout and data protection), and resolves a number of bugs and stability issues.

This release improves how you manage your billing, including clearer historic bill views and pricing visibility in your plan. We’ve improved order‑tracker go‑live dates, and resolved login issues such as “didn’t receive code”. We’ve also introduced updates to streamline the experience, including removal of selected legacy journeys (such as TalkTalk Wi‑Fi features) and improvements to stability, security and overall performance.

You can now change your payment due date directly in the app, with clearer validation and confirmation messaging. We’ve improved communication preferences, enhanced order‑tracker accuracy for go‑live dates after appointment changes, and resolved login issues including “didn’t receive code”. This release also improves offline connectivity error handling and includes a range of bug fixes, technical improvements and stability enhancements.

This release introduces updates the home‑screen layout, and adds clearer VoIP details within the Plan screen. We’ve improved barred‑user messaging, enhanced accessibility behaviour, and delivered expanded analytics tracking across login and account journeys. The update also includes multiple security fixes, crash improvements, backend reliability updates and general stability enhancements.

We have added our Homesafe feature for our customers on Wi-fi Hub 3. This lets you filter websites, set homework times and protect yourself against scams and viruses.

We have added a simple feature to track your order, find further information and gain support whilst your order and installation are in progress.
