Fake app to trick customers into believing TalkTalk has an app!

You open the app and literally get a “something went wrong” pop-up on the screen that you can’t get past. I will tell you what went wrong, me choosing TalkTalk on a 2 year contract, that’s what went wrong. Anyways, back to this torture experiment of an app…It doesn’t let you login or see any screen beyond the first screen with the TalkTalk logo and a button that says “retry”. Not login or next, just retry. That looks pretty intentional to me to know your app would have an error right from the get go to put a retry button front and center.I truly doubt there is anything beyond this one singular screen that doesn’t go anywhere, and they did that on purpose so that TalkTalk could claim that they have an app like other broadband providers, when really they built a fake app. Prove me wrong TalkTalk!

Throws me out of app within a few clicks, cannot contact support, calls to TalkTalk or general support is like being slapped with a brick wall and refusal to help especially when specifically stated “APP DOES NOT WORK”I am on latest iOS & app is upto dateFurther attempts to login says email login address not recognised or incorrect… at the bottom it says: got a problem? Message us… tap this and… you guessed it… Error, retry … this is a looped messageUninstalled and tried again to no avail

I'm an out of contract existing customer trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900. The website says no problem, but it asked me to use this app to place my order. When I log in to this app, I get a message that the service isn't available to me. I spent an hour on web chat only to be told to call customer services tomorrow. It shouldn't be so hard to give you my money. 😭

I'm an out of contract existing customer trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900. The website says no problem, but it asked me to use this app to place my order. When I log in to this app, I get a message that the service isn't available to me. I spent an hour on web chat only to be told to call customer services tomorrow. It shouldn't be so hard to give you my money. 😭

New customer and the app crashes every time I open it. I can’t login online as I have the ‘wrong kind of account number’ and I have to use an app that doesn’t work. Tried to call numerous times keep selecting different options then get cut off with a message ‘use that talk talk plus app’. Why do you think I’m calling- because it doesn’t work!

You can now manage TV add‑ons and SuperSafe security options directly in the app. We’ve also improved Order Tracker so you can rebook engineer appointments and included general UI and stability enhancements.
