Good App but poor sync with Apple Watch

Very happy with the App generally and never experienced the issues some have with sluggish operation. I like the way when it advises a battery is low in one of the sensors if you click on it the tamper is automatically over ridden until you confirm the battery has been replaced. I also like the fact it warns you if you have left a door open and also the way it reminds you that the alarm hadn’t been set after you leave the house. In fact my only gripe is the sync between the App and the Apple phone is poor. When trying to set the alarm from my watch I quite often see the message “ please log in with your phone and try again” when this happens the only resolve is to delete the App and re-install it which it then OK for a day or so before it happens again. Hopefully this will be sorted in a future update then I will happily give it 5 stars.
UPDATE - Nice new look but still has issues with the Apple Watch App.
Upgraded to iPhone 12 recently and all seemed to work well for the first few day the the same happened. When trying to disarm the alarm, a rotating circle with “Please log in with you phone” message came up. I have now given up as the only way I have found to restore functionality is to delete and re-install the App on the phone.
A great shame as happy with it in every other way.

Consistently Unstable

I have not known another app to be as unstable as this one. At times it seems to take ages to link with the server and needs to be restarted. The action notification feedback is inconsistent and sometimes comes back ok and other times takes a very long time, even hours. The app also gives the false impression that can connect ok even when both wi-fi and mobile data are switched off without a relevant informative message that no internet connections have been found. There are no messages within the app in the messages section, with dates, informing people of issues and software updates. The latest app update (Sep/Oct 2020) have made some minor visual improvements but app requires more work to become more responsive and ergonomic. The red panic button is a useful addition. I haven't tried it yet as being too close to other selectable options I didn't wish to hit it accidentally. The developer’s reply below however is reassuring.

Regarding the panic button, it has to be held down for 5 seconds before it will trigger the alarm. This was done to help prevent accidental activation of the alarm.

Good app, but missing an important feature for me

I think this app is clear and easy to use. I’ve found that it works well and have been using it for just over a year. I have however found two problems. The first is that despite following the battery replacement steps for my siren which is supposed to disable the tamper alarm, the siren still sounds in my face when I remove the cover (This was on version 3.1.1, I haven’t tried with 3.2 yet).

The second problem which is the biggest for me, is more specific to how I would like to use the alarm system. I have two large dogs which stay downstairs if I go out and come upstairs with me in the night. As a result, the limited settings available for the motion sensors means that part of my house remains permanently unarmed (I may as well remove the sensor). I would like for this sensor to be armed in part arm/home mode, and unarmed in full arm/away mode. I know that this defeats the object of a “full arm” but with other alarm systems you can create multiple zones/modes to accommodate for this. Where as this app effectively only gives you two, part and full. I would like the to either have the option to omit a sensor in full arm mode, or alternatively introduce a third mode e.g. full arm, part arm and custom arm.
