Everything is fine with the app.. but one of the important features is not there. I and my wife need to use it as both of them use it… when one person uses it , the other person gets logged off. Last time my wife missed to recharge the battery and the app was active in her mobile . If at all I would have also had, this could have been avoided. Not sure why they have restricted it for only one user. In my previous car Kia seltos, both of us got it and it was helpful. Pls help to get this software update. If this feature was there, I would have given 5 rating.

I like the new UI and the overall look of the upgraded app. However, a few important features that worked flawlessly in the previous version are now broken or unreliable, even after the latest update.1. Remote AC control: Remotely switching on the AC used to work flawlessly in the previous app, but it no longer works reliably, even with the latest update.2. Digital Key: The Digital Key fails to work almost 9 out of 10 times, despite being configured correctly. It worked perfectly in the previous version, before the app upgrade.3. Kilometres Driven: This information should be displayed upfront on the home screen instead of requiring users to navigate through multiple screens to find it.4. Customer Support & Feedback: Redirecting users to a website without providing a clear way to report issues is not helpful. There should be a dedicated feedback page or an email address where users can report problems and receive assistance. These are not isolated concerns. Members of an all-India user group are reporting similar issues, particularly with the Digital Key and remote AC control. The new UI is a welcome improvement, but functionality and reliability must come first. Please address these issues and provide users with a proper channel to report problems and track their resolution.

Fuel Gauge indicator bars are more in digital panel instrumental cluster than what are available in fuel level indicators in ismart app,for eg mg hector plus savyy petrol automatic has 18 bars as fuel level gauge indicators in digital instrumental panel where as I see only 8 bars as standard in fuel levels of ismart app for it , irrespective of traffic conditions driving behaviour the logic to correlate the fuel indicators should be synching with actual fuel levels available in the gauge to reflect the actual mileage derived . So there is a bug in api’s of ismart app front end design, where the fuel level indicators on app and display panel are surely out of synch. There has been no explanation given how will 8 fuel levels correlate to 18 fuel levels and when will these changes when actual fuel in the tank goes down.
