I am extremely frustrated with this app. One of its major shortcomings is the inability to save passwords, which makes using it a hassle. Every month, without fail, I’m notified that my password is incorrect, prompting me to go through the cumbersome process of resetting it. This monthly ordeal is not only inconvenient but also deeply aggravating. Additionally, the automatic payment feature is more trouble than it’s worth, often leading to errors and complications. If I could, I would give this app a zero rating, as it seems to have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I just downloaded the app and as you can tell, it’s obvious that they don’t really care about the quality of this app. I logged in and after fighting with the app to get the confirmation codes, I finally gained access and made a payment you would think it would tell you the balance it doesn’t. It’s extremely under developed and lazy. I hope what they say about it not saving passwords isn’t true because unbearably annoying these guys obviously don’t really care about the quality of the app or the user experience and Just want the money.

The Sheffield app needs serious improvement. After making a payment, it doesn’t display my remaining balance, payment history, or how many payments are left. There’s no clear breakdown of how payments are applied, and it doesn’t even offer a payoff option. On top of that, the app doesn’t save usernames, passwords, or payment methods, so every login and transaction feels like starting from scratch. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and far below the standard you’d expect from a finance company. Sheffield should prioritize fixing these basic usability issues.

Every time I go to sign in to make my monthly payment and or check my balance it tells me my information is incorrect when it is not . Then it prompts me to do a password change and I have done that every single time just to make a payment & im running out of passwords to use ! Please fix this issue it’s more of a hassle then anything this is why I rated it with one star it shouldn’t be happening every single time or at all when the information is correct. I could understand if I didn’t put the correct email and password but that is not the case .
