I don’t understand when I buy something and the money is in my account the bank will keep my purchases pending for 3 to 5 days then processing it. If I have the money in my account at time of purchase why not just let it go through should be no pending. It’s my money it’s in my account why is it pending. I think it is cause sometimes I think it’s went through already cause it should of and I buy something else and overdraft. I think bank does this on purpose to make more money off me . It has done this to me once last month and once this month. Is not right. The bank keeps my purchase pending until I buy something that will make me overdraft then let’s pending items through so I will overdraft.

I made the huge mistake of having a car loan through this company. It’s been the biggest mess and worst experience that I could ever imagine. I dread when my payment is due. At first I chose automatic payment which was a terrible mistake. They pulled out my payment 7 days early. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I had to drive a hour and a half to get my money back into my account, so I wouldn’t be in the negatives, because my pay check would drop into my account that week before it was actually due. The old app I could just do a one time payment and pay the loan manually so there would be no frustration, with this new app it’s HORRIBLE. It took me 3 days to get ahold of them to pay my payment because the. ”make a payment,” doesn’t work. I don’t know about some of y’all but I can’t be on hold for 3 hours at my job. So when I was off I literally waited 3 HOURS (2pm-5pm) to speak with someone and was tossed back and forth in the phone system. One person would answer say 5 words and then put me on hold again for 30 minutes. When finally got a hold of someone the lady was so rude and didn’t even help me navigate the app for my next payment. I wanted to be that person so bad and tell her just what I thought about this company, but I kept my composure and just made the payment. After I got off the phone I just sat there and cried because I’ve never been so frustrated. Moral of the story is don’t ever use this bank. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Not an upgrade, but a downgrade

Prior to the system update, we absolutely loved this bank. It was the main reason we switched. The budgeting tools and added features were genuinely helpful and felt like what modern banking should look like.With the rollout of the new system, not only did the experience decline, but many of those budgeting tools and helpful features were removed entirely. On top of that, the interface now feels bloated and harder to navigate, statements are difficult or impossible to view, and logging in is very inconsistent. We have been told these issues are being worked on, but after a year or more with no real improvement, it is becoming increasingly difficult to believe meaningful fixes are coming.This update feels like a bait-and-switch compared to what was originally offered. It is frustrating enough that it makes us question continuing to use the service at all. We genuinely want to like this bank again and hope leadership takes these concerns seriously, because what once set it apart is now what is driving customers away.

I have no idea why a bank would need access to that. Reading further, you'll find: -We may use your personal information to: comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;... Nothing wrong with that on the face of it, but combined with the watching seemingly all internet activity and everything we've learned about certain authoritative agencies over the last few months, I don't trust this language and will not be using this app anymore.
