Stop asking for my email address!

I love this app. It does everything it should and more. But every time I log in, it asks me to confirm my email address. My email address has not changed in like 20 years. It will most likely never change. My physical living address is literally more likely to change than my email address. And this is probably true for 95% of people. Because guess what?.. if you move, you can still use the same email address. This has gotten me to the point of such frustration that I’m literally thinking of moving my money elsewhere. I know that sounds silly, but I do not want to have to ‘verify my email’ every time I log into this app which I do multiple times a day. Just cut the feature off, please! Nobody’s email is changing. If it does, I’m sure they’ll let the people that are holding their money know about it. If not, who cares. You’ve got their money. Just stop it for the love of everything.

A few things I feel the manufacture should update are allowing the customer to view pending transactions whether deposits or withdrawals, the app should also be more current like it takes a little too long to update. People are spending and making money constantly, so I feel the app should update and/or adjust as such. Lastly, I’m still having trouble working the check deposit feature.

I was told years ago I could use this. My husband had get another card due to theft. Bank Plus is excellent been with them a long time.I started using this app. It shut my debit card down. I deleted app & reinstalled 2x. I love that it notifies me when a purchase is made. It actually saved me a-lot of money that way. But when I checked the boxes to block atm, international online, & other online. When I took it off to use my card said successful. Then shut my debit card down. Not once but several times. Very annoying when out & couldn’t get gas or groceries & have to go through process to open it. This happened 3 days in a row. I stopped checking box & still shut down my debit card while I was out. Frustrating! Please fix this. It is a great concept & in this day beneficial. If I knew how to contact you I would. I gave it 2 stars due tracking when card used great! But if it is going to shut my card off every time will have to stop. Thank you I need your help in this matter.

The app works fair enough. It would be nice if when you are already in one account and would like to transfer to another it wouldn’t make you pick them again. It would also be great if every so often BankPlus wouldn’t switch the placement of the accounts around. But the worst is BankPlus recently changed which balance they show in bold. Making it appear that you have more money than you do. I personally feel that this change is so they can get you to overdraft to make them money. When I brought this to their attention they of course denied it and would not give me a real reason for the change. So if you want a bank app that is fair and may or may not be cheating you this is the app for you.
