Lots of False Positives - needs work

Now that Synology is charging for using this app, there is absolutely no excuse for it to continue generating numerous false positives. Every time one comes in the user needs to check and see if everything is OK. It is a tremendous waste of time.The app has serious potential, but lack of attention to these continuing bugs reduces its value, regardless of how many units you were watching over. In fact, it makes it even harder to justify paying for the service.If you were interested in it, I strongly recommend going with the free version with one device for a period of time to see if it fits your needs.

Keeps saying my password is incorrect.

Title says it all. Been sitting here for 30 minutes typing. In my password, or copying and pasting it in, and keeps saying the password is incorrect. Funny how on my desktop that is right next to me, I am using the same password and getting in every time. On the desktop version I can see the failed log in attempts from my iPad. A real shame as using Active Insight on my phone or iPad is the real draw to this solution for me.

I don’t use it in a capacity where I have to pay however for my few devices it works perfect and exactly as expected. Notifications don’t produce any false positives and has been handy in letting me know the times things have gone wrong or the powers gone out on the unit not attached to a UPS.

When trying to setup the Mobil account it won’t allow to login due it times out to fast and it opens a browser which can’t be moved to read the screen behind
