Useless and not working properly

As a new member I downloaded the app, tried to setup the account - could not move down to renter member id, because it wasn’t properly rendering on iPhone. Setup account online, then logged on to the app, tried to search the drug, after the first letter and every subsequent one the keyboard disappeared. Annoying. Gave up.

It seems your app is likely developed in React Native, which is fine. But it’s very buggy, the on boarding process doesn’t have persistent state so if you push the app to the background to, let’s say go to your keychain manager since you don’t have hooks for that in the app, when you return to the app it pushes you to the landing view to start over again. This causes an issue because some of the data has already been logged in your db.Also, some of the verbiage doesn’t make sense in step 2. Create email and password To some users this sounds like you’re creating an email account rather than entering or signing up with an email address you already have. Consider using “sign in with” google, apple, etc… firebase has a great BaaS resource for this.

I can log in on my desktop fine but the app doesn't allow me in. As others have mentioned, getting the keyboard out of the way so you can enter your member id number is tricky. I'm not entirely sure how I finally managed to get it to move so I could enter my number then only to be informed that it couldn't validate my information. 30 minutes later and I still have not received the email to reset my password...I'll leave a positive review if they ever get this working properly.

You can’t look up prices for drugs like birth control if you are a man. Meaning I cannot look up the price of my wife’s birth control because I personally can’t take it. What?!?I do not trust this company to keep my information safe if they are so lacking in basic quality control.
