This is probably the best benefit out of a credit card that one could have. That $$$ you get less on a gallon every time you’re at the pump is awesome! I love it and will keep this credit card forever!

I set up auto payment as soon as I my into was available after the card transition from the prior processor. No email notice of payment due was sent so I went out and loaded the app to check. Auto pay was set up for $0 on the due date even though there was a statement balance due. Conflicting messages were available stating both that no payment was scheduled and auto pay was scheduled. I set up a payment so I didn’t get dinged for a late payment. I got an error message saying Autopayment was scheduled even though the amount was $0. I paid anyway as this app gives me NO confidence that my payment will be pulled via auto pay. Terrible customer experience

No explanation of benefits was sent with the card and the email sent to inform me that I was approved did not mention an extremely high interest rate. I could not enroll because I didn’t know my card number yet. Once I received it, trying to enroll was not easy, but I could not finish the process because once I was able to get in, it showed that I had no account information so I couldn’t set up my payment method and I also received an error message saying that either they needed more info to verify my identity or info was unavailable because the website was not up-to-date. BP should consider using a different bank. I immediately closed this account!

In over 30 years I’ve never gone late on a credit card once, but since opening this card I’ve gone late by at least a day or two on almost every statement because there is no way to set up automatic payments.I’d advise BP to consider doing business with someone else for their credit card because I’m on the verge of closing this account and taking my purchases to a different company.The option to make automatic payments does not require any major system overhaul and should be a basic function of any respectable bank or credit card provider.
