I will like to congratulate you COX for your excellent service provided. I’m very happy for the grades of signal. It’s really fast and efficient. I can go online at speed that I never had before. Delightful my experience using you internet service. I been asked what do I have for internet service and very proudly say COX. I said with COX you can’t go wrong. Tried and you will see what I’m talking about. You will be surprised. Also the people that work in the customer service are great. They are experts in service you and explain and always recommending your questions the way can understand. They are for you until you are satisfied with the answer and the installation is very promptly done and explained to you how it works in your place before they leave your place. I you have more questions about the system or services the always ready to answer any questions you may have. My family and friend are all known about my COX internet as well my classmates from college. That’s the reason why I need internet access to be able to do my homework at my computer. It’s very important to have internet service that works for you all the time and know that you can connect faster than others in the industry of internet service. Ok hear me out I’ve had my issues with Cox but I’ve been with them over 10 years now so it’s literally a relationship and some states I’d be married and with any good relationships there will be some hard times but so long as there is great communication and common ground to build trust I can honestly say that I absolutely do say Cox internet is top in my state and remember that the people who are most likely to leave a review are the ones who are the most unhappy and probably not thinking straight when they write it because they’re mad that they didn’t pay their last bill and they want cox to keep extending the deadline. Listen no one is perfect and Cox has there hiccups but I dare you to try another service for as long as they keep you under the prices and services of Cox and I think that we will be here with open arms saying welcome to the Cox family. *I was no asked nor was I compensated for this review and I have zero intention in any form of payment other then the fact of knowing that I was honest and that I am trying to keep my country a little more informed and if one person gets a better life because of this then I’m happy. The worst about billing - unbelievable

I know this is supposed to be about the app, but I like probably many others, signed up for service with Cox with a novice sales person who told me that if I got the service I could get the installation for free and then cancel. A year later I have been paying a ridiculous amount for the service that I didn’t want but was locked into a contract for. I had spoken to so many supervisors and I even got one who promised that she would go back and listen to the recorded conversation I had with the sales person to prove I was telling the truth! And I actually believed her ... No results, no one’s ever fixed anything on my bill , it took three weeks to install my cable and the guy who installed it got mad because I told him it was taking too long and he had been two hours late and had taken two hours just to install cable so he left a bunch of live wires spilling out of my wall and only installed one cable box, and they have disconnected my cable probably 10 times since quarantine started! I literally just couldn’t pay the minimum. Cox cable, you are horrible and I can’t wait to be done with my contract

My service was down due to maintenance on the morning of June 7. It said some customers would be out of service between 12am and 6am. No problem until my service didn’t restore at 6am. I followed the trouble shooting steps on my app. Came back unsuccessful. I called for troubleshooting and got Joseph who was very disrespectful and rude. After troubleshooting steps He show the service working eventually but I had that big blue and white hotspot cox sales thing in the front of my screen and which blocked access to my channels. Joseph said a technician would have to come out and said it ain’t free. Joseph was happy to deactivate my service since I refused to pay because it wasn’t my fault. I asked for a manager I got Diego. Also disrespectful and was also halfway apologies and said I needed a technician and yes I would have to pay and was also happy to deactivate myself service since I again refused to pay because not my fault. I declined. Called my sales rep and left a message. My ex in Michigan helped me over the phone with troubleshooting and the box went away. I DID NOT require a technician. My sales rep David call me back and was very apologetic and made me feel like giving Cox another shot. Your customer support is AWFUL. They were attempting to cheat me out of a service technician charged visit that was totally unnecessary. I gave 2 stars because I was ok with my service until speaking with Joseph and Diego. I intend on filing a formal complaint and review with Better Business Bureau. I
