Two months in and I’m happy

Update: I’m not sure how long ago that was, but many months later the new refresh of the app is still rocking. I don’t have issues logging in anymore and the navigation is much easier!I figured I would update after reading so many bad reviews. I’m a couple of months in and it’s working fine. I can login with facial recognition and my account information is stored, as well as my bank details to pay the card off. Just like any other card. I’m not having any problems at all and while it’s not my primary card, it’s a good one to hand my daughter for small items to keep it going and so she’ll have some kind of backup…with a cool logo 😎

For me the Harley-Davidson Visa has been my go to card for at least 15 years, I traveled the world as a company technician before retiring and the card was always accepted and respected, I even made new friends in unexpected places. The fraud protection is always a proactive event with card usage texts sent to my phone for immediate review. I would and have recommended the card to others, plus the reward points have taken care of my Harley Duece since I bought it.

One Star ReviewAbsolutely horrible experience since this card lost its Capital One affiliation.The app is clunky, buggy, and frustrating to use on a daily basis. Customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and seems completely disinterested in resolving issues. The entire platform feels outdated and poorly maintained.Sure, the card looks cool if you’re a big Harley-Davidson fan, and the branding is a definite draw for riders. But don’t be fooled—that’s literally the only positive thing about it.We’re only keeping it until the owner swags out his Harley, and he is close to having it done. Even he hates the card it is the worst card out of 9 cards that we work with. As soon as that’s done, this card is getting cut up and canceled. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

To my HD Dealer account and when I do my service on the bike, there is no cash out of my pocket! I've also purchased other accessories and apparel from the credit on the account. I've earned well over $2000 on my HD Visa! Don't miss opportunities for 2x and 3x when offered! It's a no brainer, get one!
