Horrible app , and website. I was able to log in into the app perfectly fine. And all of a sudden it keeps saying error and that my credentials are incorrect every time I want to log in. I have tried doing the “forgot my password” and send the reset info to my email and I don’t even receive the email. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve retried opening and closing the app no solution either. I called to get help and they take forever to respond or simple are horrible at helping themselves. Mind you I just got their internet service today and I have had problems with EarthLink services all day. Completely changing my internet services to another company. I do not recommend EarthLink.

EarthLink is a scam. Their internet service was terrible and when I canceled my service and returned their router, they charged me $424 for the "unreturned router". When I provided the UPS tracking confirmation (that EarthLink provided) and they located the router at their warehouse they told me I would receive a refund of the $424 in 7-10 business days. That was 6 weeks ago. And every time I call, I get a new case # and someone that tells me the refund was never processed but assures me, after holding for up to 48 minutes, that they have taken care of the problem and my refund is on the way. LIARS
Password is incorrect

This apt has issues, I pay to have EarthLink and I do not get good service because the issue never gets resolved. I have issues with just logging in and it prompts me of my password is incorrect. I never use to have issues but this password is ridiculous I have two of them, like if though I have two accounts , just because of my password prompts from EarthLink saying that’s is incorrect. Will I still haven’t had this resolved.
Horrible company. Recently shut off my service. You should do the same.

Awful company. They’re not an American run company and business. Every single worker there is an Indian with an accent. This is not an American business. Awful service, awful connections, and worst of all the internet shuts off at midnight every single night. While they still charge me. Horrible people, horrible company, just horrible horrible horrible. Stay away.
