Description
The Business Online SA App is the perfect companion to the online banking desktop application.
With the Business Online SA app, you can manage your payments on the go and access your Business Online profile, accounts and transactions from your mobile/ tablet device.
Use the Business Online mobile app to easily:

· Create SSVS payments to pre-defined and ad-hoc beneficiaries

Getting started
Install the Business Online SA mobile app and sign in using your Business Online SA credentials
(Note: operators using an OTP sent to their mobile device must use the desktop Business Online application to sign in).
You will have the same Access Rights and Permissions on this app as you have on Business Online.

Shockingly unreliable
One would expect that a major commercial bank such as Standard Bank would invest in a banking application which has similar, if not all functionality of online services. BOL is antiquated, but to its credit it is fairly stable if not annoying with it’s security issues when used with RD on a server.
This all, however is pointless if you intend to do anything other than authenticate your login or check you balance. Don’t expect to be able to pay a loaded beneficiary. It works at most 1/20 attempts, which is an optimistic figure.
Standard Bank, this is completely unacceptable. Adapt or become irrelevant.
Stone Age
The functionality is limited , but the worst is that is freezes in various places.
The login screen freezes and after a number of attempts, it suspends your login - and you are back at the helpline queue with “heavy call volumes”
It also freezes when you want to select a beneficiary to pay.
It is frustrating enough to consider finding another bank.
Pathetic
Really pathetic app. App gets stuck at payment page. Gets stuck on login page also. Cannot add beneficiaries so basically if you dont have your laptop you cannot do any transactions. Standard bank- moving backwards. 1 star rating is because the review wont allow no stars.
