Various bug fixes and performance improvements

Fix: National flags not displaying some-times. Fix: Update the display of the campaign names in the completed campaigns window. Fix: Some sound effects not playing following the last update. Remove: References to Persian cavalry with spears.

Add: Support for the Metal graphics system on all Apple devices, improving graphics performance. Change: Campaign map graphics. It is now clearer which campaigns have been selected and completed. Fix: Units may sometimes have been unable to attack adjacent enemy huts or tents unless charging. Change: When a general ends alone in a hex adjacent to an enemy, after enemy shooting, it now evades if possible, or is destroyed. Fix: Some units were not getting their shock combat bonus in a charge combat. Fix: Some time flank attacks provided no benefit in combat.

Fix: Some line of sight issues from high hill hexes across lower hill hexes.

Change: Updated some unit values. Fix: A bug with selecting the range button when your unit was not in range of another unit has been fixed. Fix: A major update to the game AI. Ranged units that were far from enemy units are now more responsive. Fix: Updated how generals in chariots and on elephants are handled by the engine. Fix: Light Infantry can once again move through other units and other units can move through light infantry. Fix: When a unit kills an apposing unit in melee combat it will once again advance into the defeated units hex.
