The are cute, and there “free” but you only get three and it’s kind a big let down, because the rest of the Disney stickers you have to pay, and my parents won’t let me pay for them. So if you ever get chance to let everyone have the stickers instead of just getting three when it’s supposed to be free because you have a lot of stickers that are Disney and those you have to pay for and these stickers are basically the only ones that are free. The first review that I read was from sleepy👧🏽, who was disappointed that the entire sticker pack wasn’t free. She said her parents don’t allow her to buy stickers so she was thrilled these were free until she discovered that you only received 3 stickers free and you needed to pay $1.99 to receive the remaining 18 stickers. To be fair, the product description finally does say “Upon download customers will receive the first 3 animated Stickers for free and can purchase the remaining 18 for $1.99.”I was wondering myself why this Disney sticker pack was free. I guess it’s nice to get anything from Disney for free, but I empathize with sleepy👧🏽‘s feelings of disappointment.Excellent sticker pack BTW.

The reason these stickers are getting bad reviews is because people cannot find their stickers. When you install these stickers go to IMessage and you'll see 4 little boxes in the bottom left corner. Tap that then you'll see in the top right corner a "Manage" bar. Tap that. Then scroll down and you should see that your Moana stickers are turned off. Tap the button to the right to turn them on then you shouldn't have any problems. Enjoy your stickers! 💋 Have a blessed day!! xo
Unable to restore previous purchase...

I purchased these stickers in 2017 and LOVED them. Due to unforeseen battery issues, I had to do a master reset on my device. I tried to restore my purchase but received the following message: “There was an error restoring your purchase. Please try again later.” Tried several times (I.e., different days, different times) thereafter to no avail. I contacted App support, and they were NOT helpful. I’m livid that I would have to repurchase these stickers despite paying for them over a year ago! What’s the point of providing an option to “Restore my purchase” when I am in fact I am UNABLE to do so!! I wish I could give 0 stars because this is RIDICULOUS!!!!
