I only signed up to get the promotion “spend $50 to get $50 back” but was face with nothing, but issues from the store not having any clue about the card and each time when I went to use it someone had to come over to complete the transaction then when I asked they said this is what they told them to do still not much to go on and when I called the # on the back I guess you can call it customer service cause it was anything but that just the run around.. first time I called everything was fine I just need it to wait a lil bit longer no problem then when I did call back I got a completely different story even tho I had proof and assistance from a store manager/ supervisor help me to make sure I did it right so I guess we’re both wrong makes no sense so I close my acct and pretty much everything to do with target I’ll go elsewhere..Not to mention first time I called he asked lil to no info like my name, date of birth, card number etc.. but when I called the second time they asked for everything but my blood type “ super sketchy” think twice that’s all!P.s I email back the developer response as asked only to get a email back with “Thank you for your email, below are links for commonly asked questions that you might find helpful” then what was the point in the first place if nothing was gonna be done about it lol SMH!

This is a very bad experience with me calling support. I’d called them on Sunday to let them know that I’ve try so many times to reset my password. I’ve kept getting the message..we have emailed you the link to reset your password. I’ve kept check my email but I didn’t received anything from them. So they unlocked my account then transfer me over to another department to update my email. They told me …it won’t be updated until 72 hours later. So I’d called back on Wednesday which is 72 hours…the customer representative told me that I will receive an email to change my password. She said later tonight…I should receive something. So I’d called back Thursday..I’d still couldn’t get in..I’d still didn’t receive my link to reset my password. They’re telling me another 48 hours. So I ..I told her to just close my account since they can’t help. I asked to transfer me to a manager and she hung up on me. My suggestion for this card..they’re going to keep extending their time to update the email address. You still can’t get access to your online account. For any reasons why your email account isn’t receiving emails…it’s going to take quite some for them to help because they don’t know exactly when it will work. I’m done using this card because they cannot help me to receive the link to reset my password.

I got this card because I thought I’d be able to easily add money from my checking account to it. That could not be further from the truth, despite the fact it says you can. I live an hour and a half away from the nearest target. I got my card and went to add money to it. I found out you can’t add it through your debit card or credit card. You have to initialize it from your bank, which I am actually unable to do unless it’s 10 days in advance. You can only sign up for direct deposits, which I am not doing. You can add money when you’re in target which is super inconvenient living an hour and a half away. You can take a picture of a check but it will take 10 days to deposit unless you want them to take 1/3 of the money, despite saying it will be 5% (tried to add $15 and they were going to take $5 to make it available). I just feel like I was misled. Make it easier to load money. The ways available are inconvenient and the fine print is misleading. Would not recommend.

I was not approved for the card. I was asked to try again with the right information but you can’t use the same information to sign up . It’s frustrating that the customer service reps are not able to help if you don’t have a card. Please don’t tell me to contact customer service. I know the number and it’s a waste of time to hear the same thing over and over again because the reps don’t have an clear answer on how to help. How can a computer tell me I put the wrong information about my own self??? Developers y’all need to RECTIFY this problem. There is no technical support for the website. I don’t want to hear that a company have to verify information and if they can’t blah blah blah!! It shouldn’t be that hard for a card that an individual is providing their own money to a card. You would think that a company would want a person to be able to spend their money with the company.
