From the first day I worked into the Winter Park location, I felt welcomed, seen, and heard. The staff are always understanding and accommodating. This I know for a fact because there have been multiple occasions that due to logistics, I’ve been unable to keep my appointments. Either I’ve been allowed to cancel and/or reschedule without issues. Because these issues are often beyond my control, I appreciate the team working with me. I have NO DESIRE to visit any other location at the moment. Thank you!

Great app could use a few updates like adding push notifications for rewards program. Adding Apple Pay when paying by card instead of credit account. This way we have a much easier and faster way to pay thought your mobile app. Also can you add a way to place online orders for your skincare products in app. Also I would like the app to send push notifications such as appointment reminders, changes at the clinic so that if I am able to start my appointment sooner I would know right away. Also add a wait list tool in the app so if no appointments are open but a appointment slot opens up or the clinic is running a bit early and can fit me in I would know thought the app and be able to accept the time slot offered to me. Also when the clinic is running behind or ahead of schedule it would help if the app would send me push notifications and have it where the app can pull gps data so the clinic would know how soon to expect me this way if there is some open time a extra client can be fit in from a stand by list. Also could you add a waver form for the Cooltone treatment as well and have it where if we want to schedule a appointment we would not have to select collscupting. This way it would be less confusing both for the client and the clinic. Also on my account I would like to have a way for it to show the number of applicators used and are avaloble for coolsuting and coolltone Also it would be great if your had a way for app users to self check in when arriving to a appointment. This way it would help improve appointment wait times this way from desk staff can be working on other important thinks like informing us of new prom offerings or new services that are being added at that clinic.

First of all, when I go to make an appointment for Botox and click on the location I prefer, the dates it gives are in a random order. It’s the most inconvenient and illogical thing I’ve ever seen. Why would you have September 16 then September 3, then September 21, then September 14 etc. The dates are all over the place so you have to scroll through to see if there’s a closer date than what you’re being shown. Isn’t it common sense to put the dates in order or just have a calendar so customers can click on a date to see what times are available. It’s been like that on the app ever since I started using it a while ago & I would’ve thought someone would have fixed that by now. Secondly, when attempting to make a Botox appointment, a pop-up appears that I’m required to confirm by clicking at the bottom of the page. However, there is no button to click because it’s cut off the screen; there’s no way to access the button meaning I can’t even make an appointment. I’m not sure who’s in charge of the app’s design, but they need to be fired because this is the most worthless app ever. Have the people who designed this ever attempted to make an appointment with it? Instead of making anything more convenient, it just adds frustration.

I've recently started using the LaserAway app, and I'm so glad I found it! It's made it so easy to book appointments, get reminders, and track my treatment schedule. I also love that I can see all of the discount offers available!The app is well-designed and easy to use. I especially like the way that it's very user-friendly. This makes it easy to find the information I need quickly.Overall, I highly recommend the LaserAway app. It's a great way to book and manage your appointments.
