Access your policy details on the move with the General Accident My account app.
This handy app ensures that you can always view important policy documentation such as your car insurance certificate and breakdown cover details and make changes, should you need them.
For customers who have just bought a new General Accident car policy it’s an easy way to upload your proof of no claims discount.
And there’s more:
- View and amend information for your car policies
- Take a photo of your proof of no claims discount and upload it to General Accident
- No need to print your policy documents as you’ll be able to access them through your phone
- Change your My account settings including your password
- Get answers to your most frequently asked questions.
This app is available to all General Accident customers who have registered online for My account. If you haven't already registered, please go to www.generalaccident.com/my-account
This is a major update of our app that significantly improves the user experience bringing all features of My Account into the app.
Now you can not only view information about your policies and access policy documents, and also make changes like cover level upgrades or change of vehicle.
Customers with policies that are up for renewal will be able to review and change, if required, their renewal quote.

Just downloaded the app as I recently joined GA hoping to find contact no's in case of emergency or breakdown. It would be really useful to have link to phone no's to call in case of an accident or breakdown.
Now doesn’t work, some update!!
Seems useful but doesn't work
Keeps saying "validation error - policy number not set" every time I go to upload a photo of my NCD. They give no information on how this could be set and I have tried several times and logged in and out, I'm worried they will cancel my policy of I do not upload something soon! Please fix!
