Good app for keeping an eye on bills

Good app for keeping an eye on bills. A few issues that have been ongoing for several months now that when you go to service status to check broadband connection a pop up states, maintenance in progress and abruptly closes the app. Also unable to toggle public Wi-fi on or off from the app and instead have to do it manually via the router. For some strange reason I am unable to report landline or broadband faults as it doesn’t recognise the Telephone number so I have to contact faults team by calling 152. If these bugs were sorted out would re rate 5 stars

Disfunctional

I know there is someone proud to be responsible for this app but one can’t help thinking how in earth was this released to the public. Try and fix a fault on your broadband…go on I dare you!! You’ll lose time, the will to live and possibly swear out load. Links don’t work. If they do they send you around in circles always back to the inevitable conclusion you have to phone. In between 9-5 uk time and wait and wait for someone in india (wait aren’t they on a different time zone 🤔). And when they eventually answer you get the script, then passed to the department who CAN help only to be asked the same questions and told we can’t do this without the relevant support from another department and so it goes on meanwhile my charity business (which is classified as a corporate entity) with all volunteers flounder losing money as no one can log on or open the door. There are times when you just want to cry and give up. This is one of them. I caved in and just ordered a new broadband and contract with them hoping it would resolve the problem, yet. You can pay now but we will send you the hub in 2 weeks and switch you over some time in. 4-6 weeks….really???? Surely it’s a switch go and press it you lazy incompetent halfwits. And if it isn’t a switch then change the terminology. The death of small business sorry corporate charity starts right there….

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Became a Bt business customer in April 2024
Have had nothing but trouble with them as they have attached my details to another persons business account, as they have the same name (not business name) I have a florist they have a public house. After months back and for they still have not removed the other business from my account, and my own business name is not on my account, this week alone I have been on the phone for over 8 hours but still the other company name is on my account.
They have the other persons email and mobile number and realistically I have managed to find their address and telephone number in a 10 second google search but keep sending me their bills which have been unpaid, after they did a companies house search on my name and just decided I was the person. Absolutely shocking service - I lost a whole days takings when they shut off my phone service for the third day!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
