I love this app so much. Firstly I don't have to keep my photos on my i pad thus releasing much needed storage space. But the piece de resistance has to be the assistant buttons. I was at my youngest brother's wedding and pushed a few of the buttons with animation and then collage and there's even music. People are so impressed, they're asking "Bernie, How do you do that?" Also I can look back on any date and find out just how interesting my life is!!! Not only that, it's so clever, putting my photos into themes such as castles, dogs, selfies etc. Oh and the best thing is it's free and you can share your albums with everyone. My daughter is in New Zealand and this app is wonderful to keep her in touch with all she's missing out on on the Emerald Isle!!!!!!
Big potential but poor execution

A lot of UX design errors. Some of them are really annoying. Upload: 1. Need a retry button if something goes wrong with cloud upload. 2. Show upload progress for each item. 3. Allow to optionay see upload speed. 4. Be a lot more descriptive about errors! Because most of them are triggered by connection issues Iike network switching you can predict the most probable with AI. Actually I still do not get why you not using ML to improve UX of errors.. 5. Allow prioritizing upload. The use case is simple - I travel as a tourist, shoot 4-5 videos, it starts syncing, I wanna share certain video with my parents, I'm stuck in waiting for all videos get uploaded.Free up space: 1. Sometimes you don't delete local copies of videos. I think you have to implement a job system. User triggers a local copy deletion job and off error occured you repeat it in some time automatically. Now Google Photos App thinks that it deleted certain videos/phos but it was not deleted eventually. So Google photo App library ends up out of sync with an actual iPhone state. That's very bad and looks like an amateur error.Also I'm pretty sure that ty his concerns will not actually ever make it to the product team and thats another problem )

I save everything on my gphotos, it saves me a lot of space on my phone and it automatically saves everything, so every time I check my photos I find loads of pix that I wasn’t even aware of, it automatically suggests elimination of photos that are not important, 99% of the times they are not, it suggests elimination of pix from the phone that are stored on the app, which frees up space, it recognizes people, so I can just tap on a face and it will then show me all pix that have the same face with an accuracy of 99%, it creates gifs and compilations of pix, videos and memories which are always fun. It’s a great app

I liked this app because it kept your photos safe from being deleted on the photo app. I also could text people on the app just because I was sharing the photos with my family!Only one thing I don’t like about it is when I got a new phone I transferred my old phone to my new phone and it said sigh in again to get your photos back and it also wanted an update but every time that I pressed update it would load for a few seconds and keep repeating with updates it wouldn’t stop but I am overall happy with this app worth a try !!!!!😊
