User interface is not very friendly, Even as I type this review I am unable to see the text I am typing. Key features such as bill pay or far from modern

I have yet to be able to make a payment through the app or the website since the app first came out. I have to use a desktop and I don’t always have access to one🙄I figured after the first time it happened it would be fixed before I needed to come back the next month. You’ve made all of us sign up for this new “system” and it doesn’t even work, for months at that. Test your junk before you put it on the App Store or at least address it in timely manner. If we have to make these payments you should be required to keep a running and working website at least, especially when your previous website was working FFS. (Or at least it was able to take payments on phone browsers)

So first, they completely close everyones account and make them sign up again. Then the new app and billing system on the app and on their website doesn’t work from mobile phones. Then when you request help, they ask you the most ridiculous questions (I.E. did you check the box agreeing to the terms?) wasting days of time because it takes them at least two days to respond.Congratulations Enstar, you have officially found a way to make your customers dislike your company more. Moreover, you tried making your whole system brand spanking new and you managed to put it back in the dark ages of mobile technology.

I’m able to easily find everything! Also customer service is great at assisting if I have any questions.
