Paying rent has never been easier. I’ve always had to get out the laptop, sign into a website, type in my rent amount, put in banking info each time and then submit and it would sometimes take days for the leasing office to get notified that my rent was paid so I would have to screenshot my confirmation of payment and email it to the office. This app shows me my amount, I can preprogram my payment choices into it, a couple clicks and it is done. Thank you Hawthorne for such an easy way to lay rent.

I’ve lived on Hawthorne property for a few years now and I’ve always wished they had an app to make my payments or maintenance request instead of having to go online and consistently having to login to do anything it’s very simple and easy to navigate for everything thank you for the app

First, there is poor coordination of this App with the Hawthorne office staff and Rent Cafe, always behind a day-or-two, resulting in inability to make payments, inability to know how much to pay, etc. Next, the delays in receiving the small test deposit into my designatedbank account were a fault in your system, and inexcusable in a digital world. I was close to hand delivering a written check to the office in desperation as the move-in date approached for my student, when the mandatory tiny deposit appeared in my bank account so that I could verify my payment method. This process should be reviewed by those who can fix it. Thank you.

Having this app is very convenient, not only to pay my rent and more importantly to put in any kind of maintenance request that I need. I appreciate having this in place as it makes it easy to communicate with the on-site maintenance staff when there are problems.
