I have to call for support because they didn’t respond to email requesting help. Took forever to get my account set up to find out it doesn’t show recent claims. I set up with a user name and password , and a week later it wants an email instead and doesn’t recognize it even through I received an email from them using that email address

The answer is: YES! When an app has ALL 1-star ratings, you know it’s pretty bad. Can’t login and can’t register. You get stuck in an endless loop. So this app is of absolutely no use. Why the developers haven’t done anything about it is beyond me.

Tried submitting a claim multiple times and everytime I did an hour later the app acted as if I had never submitted one. Website is not much better.
