Parking in a lot further away because I can’t get this app to even login.Registration seems simple enough. Phone number, email address, and then empty error dialog with nothing but an ok button. I do receive a verification text but can’t do anything with it getting stuck at that useless error dialog.I laugh at the 2 week old update apparently updating the icon and name, but failing to address it even mention the issue users have been complaining about for years, the issue that has me instantly deleting this app too.

I try to input my credit card into the app under payment method and it says it takes the card and charges me a .01 cent “convience” fee but the credit card doesn’t show when I go to pay for parking. Support says to try it again….same issue. Just reinstall and try it again….same issue. Mind you each time I am doing this the .01 cent charges keep accumulating. So the payment method is working not the app. Bottom line is the app and customer support are garbage. Save yourself the hassle and just pay via pay boxes or via text. Horrible support and app

This app is slow. It constantly has issues. I have added new payments multiple times and it either gives me an error and won’t add the card, or it adds the card then gives an error that the card can’t be charged for whatever reason. I have had it where it says it charged me for the parking but it didn’t put me in the parking system so I got a ticket for not paying, but the app had claimed I had paid. I hate this app. Many parking lots in Portland use it and I feel like it should be MUCH BETTER because of this. PLEASE FIX THIS APP.
