October 20,2025 at 6pm, my husband and I had a scheduled appointment for the vaccines influenza and RSV vaccine. SHANE, the assistant took our information., Insurance and financial information because we are to pay cash for the RSV and my husband’s he prepared the vaccine in front of us and had to leave us because they were other customers piling up. After 30 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist named Father came and took our information. Including our she went to the back and was gone for a good 10 minutes. At that point, I asked her what she was doing because the vaccines were already in front of us. When she realized that she had made a mistake, she raised her hand and she said I’m not giving the shots because “I am not comfortable.” I asked her why would she do that when I just asked her what she was doing and she said this is and we should get out. At that point, my husband heard how she was talking to me and so he that’s when she said that my husband was being rude and he actually was not. She went to the back and would not come out.. We waited for a few more minutes, but she said that she’s not doing it. I know for a fact that as a pharmacist, she took an oath. I would like to report this and also to the. Because no pharmacist should treat her patient this way. She actually started the defiant behavior. And later on will turn it around. We realized it was a lost cost and so we just have to report it.
