Minor improvements to iPad display

We've improved the display of events - now visible in the bottom navigation bar, with enhanced filtering by league. We also show you upcoming events, so you know what's coming ahead. We've added some additional feeds in the ABC News category - the five ABC Newsone Live channels. There's a bunch of other enhancements and improvements behind the scenes. And we've set the stage for some cool new features.

You can now rearrange your favorites! On the favorites screen, long press on a favorite to rearrange. We also support in-app notifications of any ongoing issues with video providers. Hopefully, you'll never see these.

Events will refresh more quickly.

We've made some backstage changes around how we handle events. Updates include: - Recents/Favorites will update faster - Better thumbnails for events will be available - Title text scrolls if it is too long to fit on main screen - Events show up in recents - Events will disappear more cleanly when they have finished - Tag filters reset when switching between channels and events - Display a message when no Internet connection is available
