The wallet app allows for a chance to find different ways to move money, products, gifts, thank you’s, and allows us a chance to be different in a technological advancing world. Being different than eras before this current one by using a differentiation in monetary application through the app is rewarding, fast, and fun! I loved when I worked in retail and people had the option to use Apple Pay. I’m going to highlight the AfricanAmericans/Blacks across all generations. This market of consumers really benefits from this technology because they are amongst those that easily share knowledge of services like this. I have witnessed it and have been encouraged and encouraged others to use Apple Pay/ Wallet. It gives us a chance to have a easy way to connect through transactions by either making transactions easier, faster, friendly, and sanitary (less contact for everyone especially those concerned after COVID-19) I just added my Drivers License, I said to self “Here’s a chance to be different with a cool service being offered) In doing so I am saving time looking for my ID if ever carded. I love the wallet app. “Come here pin pads” *Tap To Pay* PS. I love that the app doesn’t need much maintenance or service center calls to fix issues. It’s just me and my wallet app taking on transactions. I wish more apps and business transactions worked like this!

I’ve been a card holder since 2018 and have not yet been disappointed with either my card cash back benefits or the customer service i’ve experience.Their are a lot of different credit cards being offered in the market right now so it’s easy to randomly choose a card that will never be an obstacle its the benefits and customer service that separates the basics from the top tier and in my opinion my Apple card is in the top five tier.I love the convenience of having my apple services being directly linked to my apple card that earns me 3% cash back on those charges which helps me earn my cash back faster which is a huge attraction to the card.The fact that their is no annual fee is an even bigger plus because everyone wants to earn more for the usage of a card not for paying an annual fee which more credit card companies need to understand.I will close with this my Golden Sachs Apple card has my business for as long as they wants it!!!

I had some fraudulent activity take place with my info, wallet, & card. When I realized I called apple customer care, they froze my account and sent a card in the mail that never arrived due to it never being sent out. After I tried using the wallet it never worked, I thought there was soemthing wrong with my iPhone. I took my phone to the Apple Store everything g was fine they said it’s an issue with the wallet to self but the didn’t know the issue either. I called apple first repDidn’t know either. I was transferred me over the security, said that there was a security hold that I wasn’t aware of,neither were most workers. This was a 2 month problem then apple has this weird way of charging for rewards that were made off an authorized fraudulent charge. I owed apple 2 dollars from rewards made from a transaction I never knew about. I will not lie but the workers were surprised as well about this situation, they also stated that’s. Customer should not be responsible to pay back rewards made from an unauthorized charge but I had too to get it off as a late payment. The rep did tell me if it comes up on my credit report as a negative missed payment that they will rectify but it’s an odd way of doing things on apples behalf.

So. This has to do with a missed payment. My card was tapped and one of my subscription couldn’t charge. Should pay your balances? Yes. Should you not be behind on your credit card payments? No. You want To download an app? Pay your balance. I agree and makes sense. But how about when I did? And it took a few days to post? That when I need to download an app for work I couldn’t because my payment did post yet. So in the eyes of apples card it looks like l’m late. And therefore locks you from Down loading anything. Period. I love that one of the biggest tech company’s in the world can’t detect a payment and allow me to download that app? I have others card that as soon as you pay them, they let you spend. Even during pending. I missed a really important meeting because I couldn’t download an app. Because I was late. The thing is, the payment CLEARED. Nothing was pending. I paid an additional $100 just in case and still couldn’t make it work. Apple can you speak to that? Tell me what excuse you have? Oh is a sachs chard? Yeah, but it’ YOURS. Make it work. We pay too much for these phones for these kind of delays. Hope my work isn’t too affected because I paid my card. Because all my charges are caught up and up to date. Severely disappointed.
