I went on a Disney Cruise this January and this app made everything incredibly easy onboard, such as character appearances, communication with members of my party, activities, etc. It was my first time sailing and I got all the information I needed. This is something that you need to download for your next cruise with DCL. 👌 🚢 🐭However, to make the experience of the guests even more magical, I have some suggestions. 1) The ability to view your dining plans for that day. If I missed what my waiter said about the restaurant that would be hosting us the next day, I would not know until I checked elsewhere. 2) Customization to each party’s schedule. The app gives a vague description of what everyone can do. Although you can ❤️ the things that you are most interested in, it would be awesome if there was a place that showed a layout of your daily activities. 3) Showing activities for ports of call. It shows what is going on aboard the ship but you must go to the website to actually view what you are going to do as far as excursions and such when you are at the stops aboard DCL. 4)More search ability for information overall. 5) Use with better WiFi and being able to use the app to contact people you met without having to get their numbers, so not resetting the app by default. It would be great if you did that manually. I love Disney so, so, much and I hope to see even more evolution throughout the company through improvement. 🤗😘😍 Thank you for reading!!

I wanted to thank Disney and their staff for allowing me and my family to experience such a magical journey! I sail on many top rate and we’ll known cruise lines. I have now abandoned ship with these other cruise ships! And officially now onboard the Disney team! You have gone over and beyond to release my COVID19 fear to travel again! For the app pre-checkin count down app which was super cool and easy to navigate! To the stress free and we’ll organise check in process at the port! No lines and stress free check in process! It took us less than an hour from our Covid testing to embark to for our fun to begin! It was so awesome to know everyone on the ship was required to test and know the entire ship was COVID19 FREE! The personal touch and attention to detail does not go unnoticed as if we have been cruising with Disney for years! The staff and shows was amazing it brought my family to tears every time we would discuss out evening events the next day! Disney has raise the bar so high that the other cruise lines has no latter to reach! I have begun my planning process for a cruise this upcoming fall! I am beyond excited to visit my next destination and ship with Disney! I can write a book on my experience but I will just have to wait until my next Disney cruise experience review! Thank you Disney for not giving up on Walt Vision you made him proud!

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and appreciate the thoughtfulness of Disney brings to everything it does I want to share a few observations from the sailing may be helpful as you continue to enhance the guest experience. First with the increase use of magic band pluses the state rooms feel behind the times with a number of outlets imports available for charging these device devices as well as phones, etc. just adding a few more USB ports would be immensely helpful to ensure that all devices could be charged each evening, as well as adding a few additional outlets by the bedside tables and removing this in room phone. Secondly on other sailings, we’ve had an amazing experience. The kids club this time. It was really subpar with lines being horribly long lack of the guest members really knowing what was happening being able to direct families if they were picking up or dropping off the only improvement we saw throughout the ship was on the last night cast members did come down to the various dining locations and try to see if children would interested in coming to the kids club. Need to address this as it is a real selling point for dcl and feel like it was not really an option for us. Also need to review activities in the club to ensure age appropriate and variety. Had a wonderful time this past weekend and enjoyed experiencing HOTHS. The tree is beautiful! I loved the food on my Very Merry Wish cruise in Nov 2024 but I think the food quality has gone done since then in the dining rooms. The lamp chops were really tiny in comparison to the ones from Nov, the filet at Marvel was completely without any seasoning at all, my absolute favorite food item (Arendelle scallops app) was completely different in taste and not as good as Nov, the onion dip at Arendelle I nearly licked the bowl in Nov and it just tasted like mayonnaise with some onion flakes sprinkled in this time. The food was the only disappointment as it’s such an important part of the trip for me. However, Palo was easily the best meal of my life and Antoine was the best server who absolutely belongs in Palo. He was simply wonderful! Had such a fun time at Hyperspace Lounge and Angie served us both times. She is so so sweet, and took the best care of us, and made our experience so memorable! That’s why we came back the next night. Really hoping the bubble drink makes an appearance on the Haunted mansion lounge menu on the Treasure. It’s so delicious!We really didn’t get to know our stateroom attendant, server and assistant server hardly at all. This was disappointing as that is not usually the case with Disney. Overall, I will absolutely be doing a Disney cruise again and it’s hard for me to even “complain” because it’s a wonderful experience. Just wanted to share the constructive feedback in case it helps refine the experience for others.
