I have been in recovery for a loooong time and this app has helped in so many ways just to be able to talk to my counselor and tell them things when I need to and just all of the wonderful things on this app that I can utilize to help me in so many situations. Like I will go into the bathroom at work and do a meditation and it helps me so much. AND it’s so much easier to let my counselor know what’s up on a regular basis. There’s so many audio lessons and things that have helped me with pain using meditation and awareness. It’s just great! I can’t say enough good things. I love it. OH!And you get all the cool little affirmations to collect and every time you do your check-in you get a puzzle piece that eventually makes a picture of like an album cover or a song and you get that really awesome song as a reward and it’s saved in your account and you can listen to them and let them lift you up whenever you want. I really enjoy this app and think it is going to actually help me with my sobriety journey. The way the app is structured and what they have implemented to benefit your well being in life is pretty cool. The reminders. The short lessons. Short tests. Nothing is “too much” work. you never want to make an addict feel like they have to work extra in order to get/stay clean because there is already a ton of work that comes along with it. But this app has balanced out the whole thing pretty perfectly in my opinion. It is nice being able to jot down and keep track of my daily progress in this long journey. Tons of good things I could say about CMS Recovery Connect but those are just a few good key reasons that come to mind! 10/10 recommend. Thank You CMS Recovery Connect!!

I enjoy everything about recovery connect I am someone who enjoys writing and journaling but having it at your fingertips by app makes it almost better then having to grab all of the mess (pens, markers, highlighters, stickers, stamps) I need to journal with anyways, & how awesome is it to be able to speak with your counselor by direct messageing! I have everything I need to help my sobriety right on this app, since that’s the number 1 important thing in my life rn, being able to quickly stop & note how I’m feeling if triggers start, noting if any set backs happen, alarms for any high risk areas and lots and lots of motivation to keep me going! you can also look back at any entry you need to help remind yourself the progress you have made i fr love this app

This is an invaluable recovery support tool! In addition to being a direct point of contact to the users recovery team and will facilitate communication with counselors and clinic staff, the app offers an easy to use platform to track goals and milestones, and gives the user access to a MASSIVE bank of resources and features to ease the path to recovery! There are tools to build coping skills, strengthen relapse prevention and mindfulness, guided exercises, crisis intervention and prevention resources, and more! There is a meeting-finder tool right on the Home Screen, along with a daily planner, a tool to track thoughts and triggers, to gauge risks and stay vigilant of things that could affect a persons recovery efforts. Treatment and medication trackers, and SO much MORE!!!
