I’ve used this for work and think that it is a good app but I recently deleted it to make room for a phone update. Since then it says “open” instead of download and is not on my phone. When I restart or turn my phone off and on a white app box with grey lines appears and says Xero me underneath it. I can delete this box but it says in the App Store that I can “open” it and not download it. Don’t know if this is an app issue, phone issue or App Store issue.

As a staff member it is very empowering to be able to put my own timesheet in (having worked for NSW health and only hoping your manager puts your roster in correctly and doesn’t forget to put in extra shifts etc. to be paid properly).However I only have 2 options of the type of time I put in. Ordinary time, and overtime. It would be helpful if I was able to put in time in lieu, sick leave and public holiday time. I know my manager changes it for me, but it would save time on both ends if it was put in correctly from the outset. Overall, it’s a pretty good app though.

Why did you take away the ability to write notes? How can payroll no why our hours are more or less each week if we can’t write something. Also the predefined hours put in are sooo annoying messes with our brain. Just let us put our normal start and finish time in manually so we can put in the minutes and not have to calculate how many hours we have done. Too much work at the end of the day to sit and calculate the hours. Xero should do that for us like the old times where we simply put out minutes in and you calculated the exact time.

I have been using this for a few years now it has been easy to use. Though as the database for different job sites increases, it becomes difficult to find particular jobs in a large list. This is a minor problem, but I could make use of a favourites function, something that would present the job that is currently worked on at the top of the list. Thanks it is a useful product.
