This app has been advertised through email as "coming soon" multiple time since October 2023. It's stated that the app is redesigned, but no mention in all the emails that you have to delete the old app and download a new app. When they finally do mention it, it's at the end of the email. Forget about using the app, "maintenance in progress". For a utility that provides service to thousands of customers, it should be fixed ASAP. Do better UGI.
