Revision: Since the review below version 8.4 has been released which is a significant improvement. Current mobile and data usage is available and your current package is clearly shown. The hub can be also be controlled from the app and the whole thing feels much slicker without constantly linking to the website whenever you click a button.This app is poorly designed for the customer and aimed solely at generating more sales. For example the only place you can find out what package you are currently paying for is in previous bills. Click on ‘My Package’ and all you are presented with are more offers, most of which you may already be signed up to. Click on ‘Manage’ anywhere in the app and instead of seeing what your mobile data is, or what broadband speed you are getting, you are instead sent directly to a checkout to purchase a service which you haven’t yet chosen. All very unhelpful really. Overall it could do with fewer pictures of models relaxing while wearing a bit too much denim and more useful information about the service you’re paying for.

Hi I have now left broadband with bt the most that I could get was 2 and apparently that’s all I was promised. Living out in the sticks was the main problem as they couldn’t guarantee us any more. I terminated my broadband but was keeping my land line in there wisdom you ended up terminating both broadband and telephone line which I wasn’t aware of because you sent confirmation e Mail to an account you closed for lack of use. I repeatedly rang bt to spend about 2 hours on average talking to a different number of people about this issue. All very helpfull but unable to solve the issue. I had to take out a new contract for phone which was a completely different number then wait to try and get my old number back which I aventually did. As airband said they would pay cancellation fee up to £250 pounds I had to send prof of termination amount from bt although they were supposed to send me paper account asked for in May I have tried to access my bt account this morning no joy phoned bt man on other end of phone couldn’t access my account either said he would get permission to send pdf file to my email still haven’t received it. Bt has now allowed me into my account and I have sent relevant documents to airband. If anyone is thinking of changing there broad band to airband I would say go for it

Just recently switched to BT mobile, being a customer for not full 2 weeks already figured whats what. The app doesn’t do anything, can’t see nothing else apart off my account nr and mobile nr ( very helpful 😀) to check my usage have to use the website, and thats not the easiest to use either, having 6 trillion options to chose from to find 1 right one, whats the point off the app then? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Calling customer support doesn’t do anything, you get someone from technical sup., team who’s got absolutely no clue regards the app and how to assist you with, and its been a few times they been contacted, same story, here on app store pressing on developer support takes you to the website rather than connecting you to the dev team directly, basically there is no developer support, the only way to contact BT customer support is by phoning them rather than sending an email - which is non existent, with explanation and images that could show and explain the issue much better. All this might not seam like a big deal for others, but for me phone is getting used heavily for work purposes and a lot off data been used, I want to be able to see the usage, having such poor customer support experience regards such basic issue triggers in my head alarm bells, what if something more serious happens and I’m not able to work and earn income just because having issue with the provider, but the biggest off them all is the scares that there will be nobody to able to help you since the support team not able to deal with basic things not talking about a lot more serious stuff 🤔Simple answer - bye BT

Brilliant speed throughout the entire day and brilliant signal throughout the entire house and brilliant service throughout our entire order and beyond by brilliant staff based entirely here in the UK and all at a brilliant price for everyone including existing loyal customers. At long last the sleeping giant that was BT has finally really turned it all around. Brilliant Telecom! All the minnows will never be able to compete with this now and will soon be heading for the buffers. The killer blow that will let BT rule supreme will come when its entire sleazy snake oil marketing department is sacked and all those get out clause tiny printed terms and conditions go and there is not one asterisk in sight. That will be the day when it once again becomes a big honest John player that doesn’t need to grift customers out of their dosh as if they were marks on the street because suckers are born every minute. Millions more will then buy BT broadband because it simply does what it says on the tin. Give the good guys in BT more power to their elbow by signing up fast now so that they can then get rid of the baddies (they’re all yanks or wannabe yanks) still in the firm sooner and we customers can then get the BT back we all once loved again.
