I had a disappointing experience with the service process. I raised a request for a repair, and the technician visited, informing me that a spare part needed to be ordered. After a few days, I found out that my service request had been closed without my knowledge, and they didn’t even ask for an OTP to confirm closure. This raises concerns about whether requests are being closed without actually being resolved.I had to raise a new complaint regarding this issue, and only then was my problem addressed. The overall experience was frustrating and time-consuming. The service team needs to improve communication and transparency in handling customer requests.

Their service request management is non-existent, making it impossible to track the status of your complaints. What's even more frustrating is how their sales team aggressively pushed me to purchase an extended warranty. My Haier AC already had a manufacturer's warranty valid until June 2026, yet I was pressured into buying an additional two years of coverage (from 2026 to 2028) by paying extra.This extended warranty has proven utterly useless. The engineer assigned to my AC installation was clearly unqualified and inexperienced, resulting in a flawed installation that has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out and seek resolution, my calls and requests have gone unanswered time and again. This level of negligence and lack of customer support, especially after being sold an unnecessary and unfulfilled extended warranty, is shocking. Save yourself the headache and avoid Reliance Digital and Reliance ResQ at all costs. Their sales tactics are misleading, and their service is non-existent.

My biggest mistake, I should’ve read the reviews before making my purchase through reliance digital, I’ve made multiple complaints raised multiple times service request to assign a technician however nobody showed up, after following up since long time, finally the technician showed up and took the part of my microwave, also promised to fixed it within 2 days, guess what? he never shared any updates nor receiving our calls, when I called customer care, representatives stated they don’t have any details of technicians which are assigned for service request however they can raise another service request or complaint for our issue, after raising the complaint till now there is no update, now it’s been almost 20 days the technician stole the part of my microwave, I’ve left with no other option to file a police complaint or take reliance Digital to consumer court

This is the worst app ever made. It is so poorly built that it does not allow the customer to raise any complain until the previous ticket has been closed. Which means if the people who repair forgets to close the earlier ticket then the customer is left with no choice but to call to the customer care. Secondly, there are several products which are not updated on the app even after buying the ResQ plan. So you have to make sure that you have the yellow coloured book ready at home when the people visit to repair or service. Imagine if you lose the book, you have no proof. their entire database at the backend is a big mess. Not updated and not fixed. I have raised several complaints on their call centre and even on email but nobody cares. Essentially, you are only paying for a headache.
