This app in handy for looking up things on the go when I don’t have access to the company site itself, however, that being said with this latest update, I have to open the app then close the app, then reopen the app to get anything to load. I thought it was just myself but when asking around it seems to be a common occurrence with multiple people so if we can get this fixed so that I’m not having to constantly open and close the app just so I can review my schedule that seems to change regularly due to staffing that would be helpful

Before you made the changes in the toggle switch where there are calendar events and there’s a calendar tools and the profile you guys removed the calendar and put a notification in box from the search bar to the taco menus. I don’t like that because when I was using the Calendar, help me see my schedules and it was a lot better to see them without going to the cast mobile and screenshot every part of my work schedule just to see my work schedules. It would be nice to bring back the calendar with the schedules that I work for because it helps me see, what time my schedule and where I’m gonna be at and it was big enough to see and it was easier for my eyes to see it. Going through that mobile section needs more improvement to for those that are legally blind or totally blind to help them see their schedules, a little bit better and make the font size a little bit bigger. Please bring back the calendar section because that was a very good improvement for those that are legally blind that can use that for their schedules and to see where they need to go to and what time they need to be there. please also remove the inbox and move it somewhere else. At least move it to the search bar area. It would be easier. please fix these improvements as soon as possible.

The Cast Life app is somehow both over-engineered and completely useless. Like if a spreadsheet and a scavenger hunt had a disappointing child.It logs you out constantly, like it’s personally offended by your existence. And good luck getting back in without performing a full security clearance ritual with Okta Verify, because nothing says “employee support” like jumping through three layers of corporate security just to see if you’re scheduled for a 6 a.m. custodial shift.Trying to sign up for events? They give you the date, but not the time registration opens, so you get to spend the entire day obsessively refreshing like a contestant on some weird, glitchy game show. By the time it lets you in, everything’s full. It’s not “first come, first served,” it’s “good luck, sucker.”Every function feels siloed off like a bad group project nothing is centralized, and nearly every feature needs a separate login or redirect. Why build one solid platform when you can duct-tape six together and pretend it’s innovation? And isn’t it really just an internal browser that outsources every individual feature?This app is not just bad, it’s the kind of bad that feels intentional. Like someone designed it specifically to make your job harder. Still it’s trash, but in the shape of a cute Disney character.

The latest update has severely disrupted the functionality of the trade page. I am unable to copy and paste hubs because the keyboard obstructs the text box, preventing me from scrolling up to view the content. Furthermore, the app logs me out every other time I attempt to open it, which is incredibly frustrating. It also struggles to manage the volume of cast members accessing the schedule, resulting in significant performance issues. Additionally, it constantly states that I have the wrong password, despite having it saved as a shortcut on my phone, which forces me to rely on IT for resets. For a multi-billion dollar company, it is unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app for its employees. This situation needs immediate attention and resolution.
