It’s so easy to use. It’s a one stop shop to manage and control your spectrum account, billing, and services, and to get support and help if needed. If you have a Spectrum Modem/Router combo, the app allow for device control such as. Porting certain devices to sleep (pausing them from Internet access). It’s a great feature for homes with kids/teens. You can also get easy to read articles/instructions in the support section. You can access tech appointments and change/edit them. You can pay your internet/TV/voice bill or your mobile bill, manage payment methods, and view your pdf (printable) statement in the billing tab. You can also manage auto pay, update payment date or methods, and even turn it off. You can add authorized users to your account to be able to call and make changes to the account. The mobile service tab gives access to all of your cellular info, billing, and to manage settings, etc. You can see phone balances, access anytime upgrade, and so much more! Finally, make sure you search “streaming apps” in the support tab if you have a spectrum TV (aka Video) package. The Spectrum TV app is incomparable to other tv apps, and all the network streaming apps that come with our cable subscription give us such variety for watching and entertainment. Especially when on the go or traveling. Yay for Spectrum’s Apps!

Within 24 hours of my effortless experience signing up for Spectrum high speed internet service, I was surprised to open my front door and see that my router and equipment sitting there. It took all of 5 minutes to open the packages, connect about 4 wires, log into my account and a few clicks later I had lightning fast 1000mbps internet service up and running. Best part was I didn’t have to pay not even $1 Upfront. All I did was apply for the service, which took all of 10-15 mins. Being that it was so simple to apply, and the fact that no upfront payment was required, I was skeptical that it was even real. But low and behold, 24 hours later, I was surfing the web at faster speeds than I ever had. *** I also forgot to mention the best part; when you sign up for Spectrum internet service , they give you 1 FREE YEAR of Spectrum Mobile cell phone service, with UNLIMITED talk text and data. About another two days after my internet equipment arrived, I checked my mailbox, and there was my Spectrum Mobile SIM card. Again, I used the “My Spectrum” app, and in about 5 minutes, I had my mobile service up and running. ALL this for just $70 bucks a month! And that’s with the most expensive internet plan available.

Let me tell you, when someone who used to work in the customer service industry tells you this company has really bad customer service, believe them!I had spectrum mobile for about 2 years and at first I thought it was great. Cell service was good. My issues started trying to merge my phone number account with my husband’s already existing internet plan. Tell my why it took 10 phone calls to get NOTHING done which each representative telling me the same thing “you’ll get a sim in the mail, the process takes a few days” when in reality all the back and forth took 2 months for NOTHING to get done except waste my time. NO ONE told us it couldn’t be done. (Btw 2 years later you still can’t). Even a trip to the in store was a waste. 2 years later my phone died and I needed it for work the next day. Went to the store to buy a new one. They will NOT sell it to you same day. You have to wait 2 days of shipping and then the whole set up process and send a request if you want to keep your old number. I needed my phone urgently for the next day as I use it for work. Because of all these terrible experiences, I left and switched to another company *cough* t-mobile *cough*. MAKE SURE TO REMOVE YOUR AUTO PAY CARD BEFORE YOU CANCEL otherwise they’ll still charge you the full amount even though you cut it off 2 weeks early from the due date. The app itself lacks functions and feels basic. Get out cause this company won’t help you when you need it.

I think that you will do a wonderful job constantly thinking about ways to make it easy for us to view our statements, and Pay our bills, view all of our nook and crannies to what we pay for. I do notice some app glitches here in there. I think that is something you guys should continue to analyze and work on. For example, sometimes I have to constantly login even though I have given the app the option of auto logging in. Another issue is it freezes on the screen right before logging in and it never logs in at all. I end up having to delete the app and re-download it so that they can work semi properly again. I do think that your prices are a tad high. At least give your customers a little bit of a discount every so often when it comes to the Internet or lower your prices a little. The part I’m not very happy with is you have to pay more money in order to get an Internet that works well with the amount of devices you have to log into. If you have too many devices in your system, the Internet works very poorly. I have a feeling this is the way you “encourage“ people to upgrade their services. thank you for taking the time to read my honest review.
